Hft is a national charity that helps people with learning disabilities to live the best life possible. Every day we work with people with learning disabilities, their families and support staff to find creative ways that technology can improve lives. We offer independent Personalised Technology (as known as assistive technology) services for people with learning disabilities, their families and providers.
